The Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is the Southeast region’s largest and most comprehensive professional environmental education conference serving Georgia and the Southeast region – across the public and private sectors.
The Conference will host an elite group of environmental professionals seeking knowledge and sharing ideas around environmental concerns in and around Georgia. Sponsor Showcase Exhibition Rates & Benefits:
Bronze Sponsorship: $1,750 for one 10’x10′ exhibit space / $2,750 for two combined exhibit spaces (20’x10′)
Bronze Sponsorship: Government, University, Non-profit (GUN) Rate: $1,500 for one 10’x10′ exhibit space
Exposure: All plenary sessions, meals, receptions, and refreshment breaks take place in the Sponsor Showcase Hall. Your sponsorship exposure includes: registration, general sessions/meals, refreshment breaks, two evening receptions, and general walk-through traffic during the conference.
Your sponsorship registration includes:
- One 10’x10′ exhibit booth w/pipe and drape, six-foot table, two chairs, and organization name signage
- Two (2) full-conference Attendee Registrations* (a $1,100 value) / Three (3) total attendees for combined booths
- All meals, refreshment breaks, and two receptions for two attendees
- Attend any/all conference breakout sessions of interest
- Opportunity to offer a prize item during a general session
*Attendees must register separately via the Attendee Registration portal (opens in January)
NOTE: Additional booth staff only registrations are available in Attendee Registration for $250/per person. This registration type does not allow for course attendance, but does include meals/receptions. Limited to two per organization.

Exhibitor Information:
Exhibit space(s) will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. During the Sponsorship registration process, after reviewing the Exhibit Hall map, please select an available booth from the drop down menu within the registration form. If your desired booth number is not listed, that space has already been assigned to another Sponsor. Your booth location is considered confirmed when payment is received.
SILVER and BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORS: If you will require electricity for your booth, please select that option as an add on during the online registration process. Adding electricity on site during set up is available, but at a higher cost.
Expo Services are provided for GEC by PRX Exposition Services. Prior to the conference, an Exhibitor Kit will be sent (via email) to the contact person listed on the Exhibitor registration. The Exhibitor Kit includes instructions for shipping booth materials (please note, the JICC does not accept direct shipments of booths).

Payment Terms and Conditions:
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
- To guarantee inclusion in attendee mobile app, we must have a completed Bronze Sponor registration by July 31, 2024.
- Exhibitor registration must be paid in full before GEC 2024.
Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications prior to July 31, 2024 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between August 1 and August 14, 2024 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 14, 2024. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
