Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency

The Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency has approved the following program: 141071 - 5^th Annual Georgia Environmental Conference. To receive CLE Hours, Attendees must sign the official State Bar of Georgia Continuing Legal Education form located at the Conference registration booth. Authorization received by State Bar of Georgia.

24 Regular CLE Hours

Attendees of Topic #26: Navigating Ethical Dilemmas: Environmental Reporting and Disclosure Requirements will also receive 1 hour of Ethics credit and 0.5 hours of Professionalism credit.

 

Georgia State Board of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors

The 5^th Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Georgia State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and will present topics relevant for continuing education. This Conference is eligible to award 1.5 PDH per Conference course attended (1.5 hours). Attendees must obtain the official Conference Certificate of Attendance for the Georgia State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and should keep this Certificate as record in case of audit at renewal time. Certificates may be requested during the online registration process or onsite at the Conference Registration Booth.

Georgia State Board of Architects

The 5^th Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Georgia State Board of Architects under Rule 50-6-.05(1)(2)(4). This Conference is eligible to award 1.5 Professional Development Units per Conference course attended (1.5 hours). Attendees must obtain the official Conference Certificate of Attendance for the Georgia State Board of Architects and should keep this Certificate as record in case of audit at renewal time. Certificates may be requested during the online registration process or onsite at the Conference Registration Booth. Please note that the Board does not make prior approval of the courses or seminars or the sponsor’s of the courses or seminars.

Georgia State Board of Landscape Architects

The 5^th Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Georgia State Board of Landscape Architects under Rule 310-9-.04(1). This Conference is eligible to award 1.5 Professional Development Units per Conference course attended (1.5 hours). Attendees must obtain the official Conference Certificate of Attendance for the Georgia State Board of Landscape Architects and should keep this Certificate as record in case of audit at renewal time. Certificates may be requested during the online registration process or onsite at the Conference Registration Booth. The Georgia Board of Landscape Architects does not make prior approval of the courses or seminars or the sponsor’s of the courses or seminars.  Information regarding continuing education requirements is listed in Board Rule chapter 310-9, which can be found at at www.sos.ga.gov/plb/landscape.

On August 25 Georgia Solar Energy Association (GSEA) proudly presents the Southern Solar Summit at the 5^th Annual Georgia Environmental Conference PreSchool. The summit is designed to give a broad range of participants a rich understanding of the technologies and incentives now in place to promote the adoption of solar energy in Georgia. National, regional and local solar leaders will share their expertise through panel discussions. Topics included: Solar Thermal Hot Water, Solar Photovoltaics, Solar & Utilities/Smart Grid, Government Solar Policy, Solar Training & Green Careers, Solar Economics, Solar Architecture & Built Environment, and Solar & Georgia State Policy.
