Exhibitor Overview

The Georgia Chamber's 3rd Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is the state's largest and most comprehensive educational opportunity and will be attended by an estimated 450 State, Local, and Federal Government Officials, Business and Industry Leaders, Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Land Owners, Architects, Agribusiness Leaders, Energy Experts, Water Planning Districts, Universities, Public Health Officials, Solid Waste and Recycling Experts, and many others with a strong interest in Georgia's Environmental Programs.

Over the three-day period (August 27-29, 2008), this Conference will host an elite group of environmental professionals seeking to exchange knowledge and share ideas around environmental concerns in Georgia. With the combined efforts of the state's leading environmental organizations, the Georgia Environmental Conference has proven to be a valued educational supplement focused on sustaining the future for the people of Georgia.

How Do I Sign Up?

The Exhibitor Registration form is available online by following the above registration link or by clicking here. Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. An Exhibit Space is considered secured when payment is received and space is assigned. Full refunds will be given in the event a registration is received after spaces have sold out.

How Much Does It Cost?

Exhibit Space is $750 for the three day period. Two or more Exhibit Spaces are $700 per booth for the three day period. Discounted Course Registrations are available to Exhibitors at $250 per Attendee, limit two per Exhibitor. There is an additional charge of $80 per person for more than two persons servicing each Exhibit Space.

What Does That Cover?

The 3rd Annual Exhibit Hall will be located on the perimeter of the main hotel ballroom and around the mezzanine level of the Hyatt Regency.

Location: Ballroom Perimeter (Table Top)

  • Exposure: Opening General Session, Lunch General Session, Closing General Session Breakfast, refreshment breakouts (3 - 25 minutes), evening receptions (2 - 1 hour), and continental breakfast (1 - 25 minutes).
  • One 10' wide space with 8' background drapes, one six foot draped table, two chairs, and company signage
  • Continental Breakfast for two
  • One seated breakfast for two
  • One luncheon for two
  • Three breaks for two
  • Two receptions for two
  • Discounted Course Registration ($250 each, limit 2)

Location: Mezzanine (Table Top)

  • Exposure: Registration, classroom traffic, general walk-about traffic.
  • One 10' wide space, one six foot draped table, two chairs, and company signage
  • Continental Breakfast for two
  • One seated breakfast for two
  • One luncheon for two
  • Three breaks for two
  • Two receptions for two
  • Discounted Course Registration ($250 each, limit 2)

How Do I Select My Exhibit Space?

Once your registration has processed, you will be contacted to select your exhibit space. Exhibit spaces will be assigned in the order the registration is received, with priority given to 3rd Annual Conference Sponsors.

What Is The Exhibit Schedule?

Exhibit setup will take place on Wednesday, August 27 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Exhibit breakdown will take place on Friday, August 29 from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Exhibitors may gain exposure during all breakouts, all General Sessions, and all Evening Receptions. For a list of complete breakouts and times, please visit the Agenda section of the Conference website.

Please note: Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit fee does not include registration to the course, however, a discounted rate is offered for those wishing to attend classes. An Exhibitor Kit will be forwarded prior to the Conference with booth assignment, details on shipping, and information on obtaining additional services such as electrical service and internet connection through the hotel. Please note that the Exhibit Schedule is subject to change as the 3rd Annual Conference Agenda is finalized. After hours security will be available to booths located on the mezzanine level and the ballrooms will be locked. Event Management Technologies, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, or the Annual Georgia Environmental Conference are not responsible for items left in the exhibit area.
