» I understand that the Georgia Environmental Network (GEN) is a Sponsor driven organization and I agree to refrain from posting contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses or direct links to any company or organization unless they are a Sponsor of GEN.
» I agree to refrain from posting the names of, or links to, other related forums.
» I understand that it is policy for NO businesses, organizations, competing websites, or for-profit publications to participate in any way on the GEN forum unless they are a member.
» I understand that soliciting includes contacting registered users through private messages or emails, and a user name, signature, or profile that contains a business name, phone number, email address, website URL, or direct link back to it. Non-profit organizations have the ability to request permission from the administrators prior to participating in the forum.
» If a GEN Sponsor: I agree to be respectful of all other Sponsors, including competitors, as well as the products/services they offer.
» I understand it is NOT tolerated for any business or organization to register on the forum as average users to promote their business regardless if a Sponsor or not. Those caught doing so will be banned as well as the companies they work for. Companies banned will be listed on the site and forbidden to be mentioned in anyway on this forum.
» I agree not to hold GEN liable for anything stated within the forums. While attempts will be made to moderate this forum, it is impossible to review all messages.
» I understand that all messages posted on this forum are the sole opinion and responsibility of the author and no one else.
» I understand that GEN makes no claims or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the information within the forums and I agree to post only that to be accurate and genuine to my knowledge.

» I agree not to create any forum threads of the same topic, related to one removed, or post off-topic threads in the forum.
» I agree to refrain from posting any inappropriate links in the forum or to link the forum to any unfavorable locations.
» I agree to not knowingly post any type of virus and understand that GEN has no liability for any damage incurred by use of the website.
» I understand that the posting of any advertisements or chain letters of any kind are forbidden.
