The Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is the largest and most comprehensive professional environmental education conference serving Georgia and the Southeast region – across the public and private sectors.
Mission: To meaningfully and significantly present Georgia Environmental Conference’s diverse slate of topics and featured speakers focusing on providing fresh, new, high value, well-balanced, diverse, and relevant educational content with positive impact on current and future practitioners and the environment of Georgia and the Southeast region.
The Conference hosts an elite group of environmental professionals seeking knowledge and sharing ideas around environmental concerns in Georgia and the Southeast region. GEC anticipates an estimated 800+ attendees, including Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, Business, Industry, Federal, State and Local Government Officials, Planners and Developers, Landowners and many, many others with a strong interest in environmental programs in Georgia and the Southeast. Sponsorships enable more diverse groups and individuals to participate at the Annual Georgia Environmental Conference. Through continued participation in this program, we may continue to offer course registration fees far below that charged for comparable events and learning opportunities, while providing a top-notch Conference experience.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
- Á La Carte items will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.
- For recognition on site during the conference (as applicable), we must receive a completed Sponsorship Registration and logo by July 31, 2024.
- Sponsorship monies paid to GEC may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. They are not deductible as contribution or gifts for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
- Sponsorship must be paid in full before GEC 2024.
Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications prior to July 31, 2024 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between August 1 and August 14, 2024 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 14, 2024. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
*Email List Policy: In order to remain in accordance with the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act guidelines and to not violate the privacy rights of our attendees, we respectfully request that sponsors who have access to the attendee email list also adhere to said guidelines by offering recipients an “opt out” option and by using the email list judiciously. The Georgia Environmental Conference retains the right to discontinue sponsor access to attendee emails if abuse of the list is reported.
